Your responsibilities Your focus will be utilising your knowledge and skills in order to confidently complete all sections of an audit/assignment, with minimal review, on time, on budget and in accordance with the Firm's processes.
At this level, you will have developed strong relationships with your team and clients, and you should be seen as the go-to person. You will take responsibility for your own work as well as the work allocations of the team, ensuring all sections of work are completed to a high standard. You will have a thorough understanding of the methodology, and you will be using this to appropriately challenge your manager on an increasing basis. You will encourage this mindset amongst your team.
At this level, we expect you to leverage the wider relationships that you have built and use these to identify opportunities for additional services for your clients. You should proactively discuss this with the manager/Partner.
You will also take on responsibility for training and mentoring the trainees in your department, supporting them to understand the requirements of their role and how to be successful. You will act as a role model for them and support them in the completion of their work by delegating effectively, reviewing their work and providing constructive feedback.
