Key Responsibilities Project Management: Lead and manage fire protection projects from initiation to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
Contract Management: Ensure that contracts are administered effectively, including reviewing contract terms, negotiating changes, and maintaining positive client relationships Budget Control: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and prepare financial reports to ensure projects remain within budgetary Experience Required Experience in project management for fire alarm & gas suppression systems.
Preferably, experience in fire protection, fire and security, or gas suppression installation management.
Strong knowledge of construction and fire protection industry standards and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
