Overview We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our clients team on a high-impact, transformative project.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping enterprise architecture strategies, delivering key artefacts, and guiding the organisation through strategic and technological change.
This role requires a mix of hands-on technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership.
Candidates must possess an Irish/EU passport or a valid work permit as sponsorship is not Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver strategic Enterprise Architecture artefacts such as roadmaps, architecture models, and business-focused presentations.
Enhance the maturity of processes within the Enterprise Architecture function.
Lead and participate in key strategic and transformation engagements, including cloud transformation initiatives.
Design and implement cloud architectural practices, governance, policies, and procedures.
Align Enterprise Architecture with the organisations IMTD and business strategy, ensuring cost-effective and secure technology solutions.
Coach, mentor, and transfer skills to team members to enhance overall capability.
Ensure the quality and timeliness of deliverables produced by the Enterprise Architecture team.
Qualifications and Experience Mandatory Requirements: Minimum of 10 years in IT, with at least 5 years in solutions and/or enterprise architecture.
A diploma/degree in IT, engineering, or a related field.
Essential Skills and Competencies: Proficient and proven experience in the various cloud delivery models; cloud service providers; enterprise scale workload migrations; cloud native and hybrid environments.
Proficiency in at least one enterprise architecture methodology (e.g., TOGAF).
Strong experience in a similar business background, such as financial services or banking.
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Confidence in presenting at all business levels, with excellent stakeholder management abilities.
Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and collaborate with other specialists on complex projects.
A self-starter capable of working independently while showing initiative and driving innovation.
