Responsibilities Application programmer with deep understanding of 3R/AWD the low code Business Process Management Software (BPMN)Responsible for making application configuration code changes, getting necessary review sign-offs, QA and UAT sign-offs and scheduling the promotion as defined by the SDLCResponsible for preparing artefacts as defined by the SDLCExperience in working with a range of stakeholders such as system users, IT teams, product management and external service providers to ensure the continuous delivery of high quality services to our customersLiaise with the Solution Architect, PM, Product Owner and Developers to ensure all delivery of robust and high-quality software solutionsDisplay excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to explain complex problems and solutions to the business including stakeholder managementInterpreting and analysing data, finding trends and patterns to support the most tactical solution Provide support to test team/Business users by defining and carrying out tests to validate new processesWork closely with and build good relationships with client and other delivery partners.Conduct research on the latest digital trends, technologies and practicesWork as part of an innovative team, advocating the importance of continuous integration, delivery and quality insurance.
Qualifications Degree in a relevant IT QualificationExperience in all or some of the following would be an advantage: Mainframe, AS400, Cobol, SQL development, IBM Websphere & MSPExperience in writing Technical SpecificationsSound knowledge of Financial Services SectorExperience to deliver to tight project timescales Essential skills Highly proficient in principles of BPMN or Low code Workflow Systems and configuration management.
Experience interfacing from a BPMN or Low Code platform to other systems via API's, XML or Batch Processes Expert understanding of the principles of data flows and decisions points Advanced database scripting knowledge and experienceAdvanced Java / JEE scripting knowledge and experience Web server scripting activities within the remit and skill-set of the groupExperience working with BPMN software in financial services/Insurance an advantageExperience working with Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall project delivery modelsExperienced in MS Office including Word, Excel, Jira, Confluence and VisioExperience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and toolsAble to work effectively at all levels in an organizationMust be a team player and able to work collaborativelyStrong understanding of all aspects of systems implementation and software development life cycles.Experience working with technical and business teams to translate internal and external business needs to drive functional and technical requirements.Practical Knowledge of data management and data integration and capacity to conduct data quality control linkage and validation.Candidates should be highly professional, self-motivated with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Should have the ability to determine cause and devise solutions independently.
