We are recruiting for a new position of Provider Management Lead to join our AXA Ireland business.
As a Provider Management Specialist, you will play a vital role in upholding overall compliance with the outsourcing contract between AXA and Laya.
Your responsibilities will encompass managing AXA's outsourcing governance requirements specifically related to the Laya contract, ensuring that all pertinent legal and regulatory obligations are consistently met.
You will have the opportunity to navigate and oversee the intricacies of the outsourcing relationship, safeguarding the alignment with contractual stipulations and regulatory mandates.
Additionally, your role will involve proactively identifying and addressing any potential compliance issues, while fostering a collaborative and effective partnership between AXA and Laya.

You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025.
Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
What you'll be doing: Ensure adequate monitoring of service level agreements and KPIs under the Laya outsourcing contract, and collaborate with relevant business functions as needed.
Report on Laya's compliance with the outsourcing agreement terms and escalate/remediate issues when necessary.
Coordinate audits related to the Laya outsourcing contract and participate in audit activities.
Prepare performance reports and updates on Laya's contract for relevant AXA forums and committees.
Support the Director of Health in fulfilling duties as the designated "Relationship Manager" for Laya, including risk assessments, relationship management, and business continuity planning.
Provide flexible business support to the Director of Health in managing the Laya relationship and outsourcing contract.
Ensure assigned functions are delivered within budget and foster a cost-effective mindset.
About You: A minimum of 3 years' experience in a vendor or contract management role.
Third level qualification in business or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of CBI Guidelines on Customer Conduct and related codes & standards.
Knowledge of relevant regulations around insurance outsourcing and third-party risk.
Knowledge of how to manage the performance of outsourced providers and oversee outsourcing contracts.
Ability to analyse data and MI and prepare clear reports summarising the key points.
Ability to build relationships and inspire confidence in a range of stakeholders.
Organised approach to work, good at planning and prioritising with an ability to meet strict deadlines.
Strongly motivated and able to work on own initiative.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in Ireland and/or the United Kingdom.
