The B2B Marketing Function We seek an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to develop and implement B2B marketing strategies that drive revenue. Your primary responsibility will be building Code Institute's external comms strategy across European geographies and positioning Code Institute as the further education partner of choice.
The success of this role is defined by our ability to attract and convert new growth opportunities. You will collaborate and partner with functions throughout the business, including CEO Office, Code Institute's Leadership Team, Marketing and Business Development to activate and launch new products to markets and implement marketing & event plans/ strategies. You will own all B2B Marketing activity, including budget management, B2B research, event and content management, press relations, B2B website and college onboarding.
Our in-house teams will support the execution of this role.
You will report directly to the B2B Commercial Director and join a wider marketing team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Shape the B2B marketing mindset, brand value proposition and brand story development for Code Institute.
Develop the B2B content strategy and manage freelancers and in-house resources.
Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising on an ongoing basis.
Coordinate all public relations events, trade shows and activities.
Prepare key personnel for high-profile interviews/webinars/events.
Ownership of the B2B Marketing Budget Deliver content and event strategy, marketing plans, bid collation and pre-marketing materials that drive new business development.
Working with graduates, colleges and our in-house social media teams to protect and promote Code Institute's reputation through the execution of (trade press, speaking engagements, Twitter, and pre-marketing materials).
Complete award entries and submissions to the highest standards.
Responsible for ensuring a consistent tone of messaging across all communications channels.
Research new product opportunities, competitors and business opportunities.
About you Ideally, you'll have around 4+ years of experience in ABM/Content Marketing roles driving growth across B2B and B2G channels.
Be able to talk to us about successful multi-channel ABM/Content campaigns Savvy, creative communicator with a superb knack for storytelling and compelling copy!
Demonstrable understanding of the sales and marketing cycle Experience and comfort in working closely with internal stakeholders We make great use of our data, and it's included in all decision-making.
You should be accustomed to this too. Comfortable using Hubspot to manage and report on your campaigns Use of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and After Effects) and video editing a bonus!
