Bakery Assistant

Main purpose of the role:
Ensure the Bakery Department operates efficiently and effectively at all times and provides our customers with excellent quality products and services.
The ideal candidate will have/be: HACCP training is desirable but not necessaryExcellent communication skillsPrevious customer service experience is an advantageThe ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi-task under pressureA passion for food and the ability to inspire shoppersMain duties: Actively live SuperValu brand-values i.e. Genuine, Passion for Food, Vibrant, Committed, Innovative and ImaginativePrepare customers' bakery ordersBake, prepare and display the Bakery Products sold throughout the dayEnsure that the counter displays across all fresh food departments are to the highest standards at all times throughout the dayDemonstrate your passion for quality food by sharing knowledge, recipes and personal recommendations with customersDeal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally and in line with store policyWork Schedule:
