Bakery Assistant (Night) - Full Time

Lynch's Bakery, Mace, Old Leighlin, Co. Carlow, R93DX62 seek a Full Time Bakery Assistant to work in their Scratch Bakery.
Shifts:9pm to 5am (Mon to Friday).
Training is available to suitable candidateMain duties and responsibilities: Work with the bakery team to ensure the smooth day to day running of bakery operations Decorate and prepare orders for delivery the following morning Ability to work to consistently high standards HACCP duties Food preparation Product development Merchandise and present the Bakery to the highest standard at all timesNumerical abilities The ability to work as part of a team The ability to use initiative Sound judgement with the ability to make decisions Self-motivated Good attention to detail Knowledge of Food Hygiene would be beneficialWhy Work with Us?We offer a positive working environment, we offer training and support to promote the growth of every individual and all the normal perks of working with an energetic, passionate team!
