Banking and Finance Associate, Cork (3 - 5 PQE)

An opportunity has arisen for a Banking Associate to join a reputable practice in its banking and finance team in Cork.
This firm has an excellent reputation, offering its Lawyers excellent quality work, room for progression, and an enviable work-life balance.

You will work on general corporate lending, acquisition finance, leveraged finance, real estate and development finance matters, and restructurings.
The team acts on a range of matters, including corporate lending for banks and non-bank lenders.
There is also the opportunity to get involved in financial services regulatory matters.

This is an opportunity for an ambitious Cork-based (or someone who is looking to relocate/return to Cork) banking solicitor to receive a highly competitive salary and benefits package alongside having the opportunity to work for a practice that is recognized for the banking work they undertake, yet also provides their lawyers with the ability to have more time to pursue interests away from the office.
