The Role: As a Banking and Finance Solicitor, your responsibilities will include: Advising on a broad range of financing transactions, including syndicated lending, project finance, and acquisition finance.
Working closely with leading financial institutions, private equity firms, and corporate clients.
Drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security documents, and other related contracts.
Supporting clients in compliance with regulatory and legal requirements in financial transactions.
The Person: Qualified solicitor (NQ-3 years' PQE) with experience or strong interest in banking and finance law.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills with excellent attention to detail.
