Our client, a leading international firm, is looking to hire a Senior Associate to join its Banking & Finance team in their Dublin office.
The role will involve a broad range of responsibilities including advising both lenders and borrowers on high-profile domestic and cross-border leveraged finance transactions, including real estate and development finance, general corporate banking, and acquisition, asset, projects, and fund finance. The ideal candidate will be an Irish/UK qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in the banking/finance team of a reputable firm.
