Bar Manager - Dublin West Excel Recruitment is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Manager to oversee the operations of our client's popular bar in West Dublin.

Salary: €60k - €70k Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of daily bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service Lead, motivate, and develop a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences Monitor budgets, control costs, and drive sales to meet financial targets Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory management to minimise waste and optimise resources Maintain high standards of cleanliness, health and safety, and compliance with licensing regulations Plan and execute promotions, events, and seasonal offerings to drive footfall and revenue Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism and efficiency Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure a high-performing team Requirements: Experience as a Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager in a high-volume environment Strong leadership and team management skills Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver financial results Excellent knowledge of bar operations, stock control, and health and safety regulations Exceptional customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required If you are interested in this Bar Manager role, then please apply to Nikki Murran via the link below.
