Working Hours Constellation optimises the working schedules of Compass employees, so we can also help you work at over 7 venues across Dubin on shifts that suit you.
Main Responsibilities Based in our busy cafes, your main task will be to provide excellent customer service to our guests.
You will be required to prepare and serve coffees, replenish stocks, and work with tills.
This may include written orders, or the use of electronic till and ordering systems.
Skills / Qualifications Knowledge in managing a professional coffee machine, tills, the making of all types of coffees.
Excellent communication and remaining calm under pressure will be key to ensuring smooth delivery.
