We are currently recruiting an experienced Bar Manager, responsible for daily Food and Beverage Operations to join a prominent 4* Hotel in Cork.
You are responsible for the efficient management of all Hotel Bar Food and Beverage business and coordinating all day to day Function Bar and Special Events in the Hotel.
Requirements Experience in managing Food and high volume Beverage operations in the Hotel Bars Candidates need experience managing private Events, Weddings, Large Conferences, lunches, Private Dinners etc.
Management experience in Rostering, Purchasing, ordering, stocks, Tills and cash management needed, Must display effective leadership and team management abilities Reliable, committed, motivated and above all professional person A positive attitude, a can do approach, an approachable style 3+ years Bar / Beverage Management experience in 4* Hotel in Ireland preferred, Work Permit is not available for this role, full legal status to work in Ireland is required.
