Key Requirements: Must be over 18 Available Monday-Sunday Flexible with hours Strong Customer Service, planning, organisational & time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong Attention to detail Main duties: To greet and attend to all customer requests in a warm, friendly and professional manner and deal with any customer complaints with warmth and efficiency and according to established procedure.
To present and serve all beverages and occasionally serve food in a friendly and professional manner as dictated by procedures, observing licensing regulations.
Must have excellent customer service.
Work as part of a team.
Display excellent hospitality through positive interaction with both guests and co-workers.
