Bartenders

The Ashdown Park Hotel is seeking to hire experienced bartenders and to join the the team.
The hours involved will be mostly late shifts and will include mid-week and week end work.
Rates start at €13.50 for experienced bartenders.
Principle Responsibilities: To greet and serve the guest in accordance with Ashdown Park Hotel standards with customer care and professionalism to the fore.
Display excellent hospitality through positive interaction with both guests and co-workers.
Take pride in all facets of service, to include quality, appearance, cleanliness, for self and the food & beverage outlet.
Responsible service of alcohol is required.
Must have excellent customer service.
Work as part of a team.
Follow safety procedures and policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Honour all work-related requests to ensure guest satisfaction.
Do all necessary opening and closing duties.
Be knowledgeable of both food and beverage menu items, their garnish, contents and preparation methods.
Ability to operate the point of sale equipment.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and must have excellent communication skills both oral and written.
