BCAR Engineer We are looking for a BCAR Engineer to join a leading Tier 2 building contractor.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement practical solutions while ensuring compliance with BCAR regulations.
Prepare and manage necessary documentation and certificates to meet regulatory standards.
Engage in client, site, and design meetings to ensure project progress and alignment.
What We're Looking For: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
A solid understanding of Building Control (Amendment) Regulations.
A degree in a construction-related field.
Proven leadership skills and experience coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
