Job Summary
Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet Inc. is looking for an experienced and self-motivated BDC Manager to join their team.
The BDC Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Business Development Center and ensuring high customer service standards.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the Auto industry.
Compensation & Benefits
Joe Lunghamer Chevrolet Inc. offers an attractive pay structure with a base salary ranging from $60000 to $85000 per year, plus commission.
Additional benefits include paid time off, health and dental insurance, 401(k) contributions, and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the Business Development CenterDevelop and maintain positive relationships with customersEstablish and manage processes to ensure smooth operationsMonitor staff performance and provide feedback and coachingAnalyze customer data to increase sales and customer satisfactionGenerate new business leads and increase sales opportunitiesDevelop and implement marketing campaignsUpdate and manage website contentManage staff schedule and ensure adequate staffing levelsHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and requestsAssist in other areas of the dealership as needed Requirements Strong understanding of the Auto industryProven track record in sales/marketing managementExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteProven ability to multi-task and handle multiple projectsExcellent problem-solving and customer service skillsAbility to work independently with limited supervision EEOC Statement
