We are hiring aBeauty Sales Advisorto be based inDublin Airport.
The successful candidate will be highly confident in offering personalized services to customers in choosing the right cosmetics and qualify the sale.
To be successful in this role, you will be customer-focused and familiar with a wide range of beauty products and brands.
This role will require you to work from5am in Dublin Airport &weekends.
About you: Have 1year+ experience as Beauty sales advisor or similar role Previous retail experience in a busy store, preferred: beauty retail Creative mindset & have excellent attention to detail Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills Have great understanding of how to enhance facial aesthetics through makeup Understanding of which ranges suits different skin types Ability to demonstrate and promote beauty products on shop floor (i.e., beauty techniques applying serums, concealers etc.)
Preferred: Hold a recognised beauty/MUA certificate Responsibilities: Consulting with clients and creating custom looks based on their specifications Having knowledge of different colour palettes and design styles Cross-sell beauty products, when appropriate (e.g.
serums, body lotions and hair care products) Identify customer needs and recommend cosmetics and skin care products based on their preferences Maintaining an awareness of the latest trends in beauty Advise customers on how to take care of their skin Inform customers on prices and special offers Explain to customers how to use products theyre interested in buying Achieving Sales targets & KPIs Highlighting promotions and new launches to customers Hygiene & House-keeping: Ensuring counters, make-up brushes & Accessories are always clean and maintaining stock level in store Please note: there is no sponsorship/no relocation package for this role.
