Position Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioural Science Insights & Measurement Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioural science, data analysis, and research methodologies.
This role involves conducting research, analysing data, and providing insights to support the development of flexibility market.
It also requires the ability to embed key KPIs and measurement strategies to measure behavioural progress.
Key Responsibilities Distil research into actionable insights that inform the design of products, services, and initiatives.Ensure that measurement KPIs are established and tracked for all activities.Develop and build on the research and measurement strategy existing within the programme and extend into an overarching approach to support customer strategy.Conduct research to study human behaviour and its impact on various outcomes.Analyse data to identify patterns, trends, and insights related to behavioural science.Develop and test theories on behaviour to inform development of products, services, and initiatives which will be launched to the market.Disseminate research and measurement findings with key stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement behavioural interventions.Evaluate the effectiveness of behavioural programs and strategies.Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key metrics.Stay updated with the latest research and advancements in behavioural science.Experience and Qualifications Masters or Ph.D. in Psychology, Sociology, Behavioural Science, Business, Data or a related field.Strong background in statistical analysis and research methodologies.Experience with experimental and observational research.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Proficient in research design and data analysis.Effective communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Knowledge of ethical guidelines in research.Strong problem-solving abilities.Location

Starting from €69,500 per annum.
