This role is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a growing organisation where you will report to the Finance Manager The Role: Process invoices accurately and efficiently.
Assist in managing day to day finance function for the business.
Handle internal and external customer queries promptly.
Reconcile accounts with supplier statements.
Process supplier payments in a timely manner.
Conduct bank reconciliations and cashflow Management.
Liaise with managers to secure invoice approvals.
Preparation and submission of company VAT returns.
Support the finance team with additional tasks as needed.
Requirements: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
2+ years experience in a similar role.
Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines.
