Job Description: Ben's Core Portfolio Manager - Europe 12 month FTC
As part of the regional Bens marketing team, you will partner with the Brand Director to lead the development and deployment of brand growth agenda, from strategy to in market execution. You will be responsible to deliver against the market growth and shape contribution.
What will be your key responsibilities? Lead the cross-functional BGT (Brand Growth Team) for emerging markets, updating markets, and progressing on key projectsLead renovation projects including claims, recipe upgrades, redesigns, flavour strategy, sustainabilitySupport the Ben's Market Operations Manager with the creation of core portfolio toolkits.Monitor and analyse core portfolio performance to create the Core Portfolio strategy for EuropeManage all renovation projects through the QUEST process and work with the local markets to execute using the 10 to win process.Lead deployment day for the emerging markets and provide core portfolio content for the team.Support the Brand Director with the annual flywheel analysis and use the outputs to create the core portfolio strategyWhat are we looking for? Bachelors Degree or experience in a similar positionBrand Management experienceIt would be great if you have experience in Marketing/ Sales in an FMCG company but this is not necessaryWhat can you expect from Mars?
