We are seeking experienced retail Managers from a customer-facing retail operation, ideally a big box store, to take up the Assistant Manager roles in our client's stores across Cork.
Our client is offering a generous salary of up to €45,000 DOE with a great opportunity to earn a big annual bonus.

The requirements for this Retail Manager Job: At least 3 years retail experience including direct people management experience.
Strong relevant product knowledge / track record in sale of Agri would be a major advantage, DIY, and hardware background will be considered for this role.
Proficient IT knowledge (Excel, email, POS)
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with a proven ability to build & maintain strong working relationships with customers, colleagues & stakeholders.
Must drive, as you will be required to travel to different stores.
Strong business acumen, customer focus and commercial awareness.
