About the role: Due to ongoing growth, our billing team in our energy division is seeking a new Billing Administrator to join our team.
This is a fast-paced, busy role working to generate bills for our customer base, ensuring they are accurately produced in a timely manner.
This role will initially be based out of our Drogheda Head office but will primarily be based in our new offices at Dublin Airport Central later this year.
Key responsibilities: Processing of billing runs; Validation of rejected reads; Input of customer reads Maintenance of customer price files Provide assistance with customer service queries; Monitor and review for billing anomalies; Continued quality review and active team collaboration for process improvement.
Ad-hoc requirements which may arise within the department from time to time; Candidate Profile: The right person will need notable experience in a similar role/environment with a high aptitude for numbers and problem solving.
Ideally, they will also have experience in the Energy or Telecoms sector and will have a good working knowledge of IT systems and software.
Role specific (technical) knowledge / skills: You will be a highly organised and dedicated worker with great problem solving & prioritising skills.
Resourceful, results-driven individual with a strong sense of urgency who can build trusted relationships.
Competent working on your own initiative or as part of a team.
You will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with excellent attention to detail.
You will be conversant in Microsoft Office and possess good IT skills and possess the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
