Bim Coordinator

**Relocation to the Netherlands** Position Overview: The BIM Coordinator will play a crucial role in the successful execution of data centre projects by managing the Building Information Modeling (BIM) process. This individual will be responsible for coordinating all BIM activities, ensuring that models are accurate, up-to-date, and integrated across all disciplines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BIM management, excellent communication skills, and experience in the construction or data centre industry. Responsibilities: Liaise with BIM Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer, & Project Supervisor Input model elements with required detail (graphic & data) Monitor/checking if there are any clashes - Producing weekly clash reports Coordinate and monitor Incoming/shared models Produce Images, Drawings as required by Project Manager BIM modelling and creation using Revit and AutoCAD Coordination of mechanical & electrical elements and asset data Production of as-built drawings and model Production of Asset Information Model BIM delivery on both live and tender projects Produce AutoCAD mechanical and electrical schematics Produce images for reports using BIM renders Adhering and working in accordance with the company's current Safety Statement and Quality Health and Safety management system including all policies/procedures contained within. Experience with point cloud data advantageous Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in BIM coordination, preferably within the data centre or construction industry. Proficiency in BIM software Strong understanding of BIM standards and best practices.
