Bim Coordinator

Our client seeks a highly skilled and motivated BIM Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Dublin. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the project delivery process, ensuring the efficient and accurate production of BIM models and their integration into construction workflows.
Key ResponsibilitiesModel Coordination: Oversee the creation, management, and coordination of BIM models across various disciplines, ensuring consistency and accuracy.Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.Clash Detection: Conduct regular clash detection exercises and coordinate resolving identified issues, ensuring seamless integration of all building systems.Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce BIM standards and protocols to maintain high-quality models and documentation.Training and Support: Provide training and support to project teams on BIM tools and processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including model audits, clash reports, and coordination meeting minutes.Software Utilization: Utilize industry-standard BIM software, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, to develop and manage models.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a BIM Coordinator role within the construction or engineering industry.Technical Skills: Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
