Job Summary Seeking a BIM Engineer with expertise in BIM, 3D, 4D, 5D, and Data Analytics for pharma and data center projects (Mechanical and Electrical). Responsible for leveraging digital technologies to optimise project management, streamline workflows, and deliver successful data center projects.

Responsibilities Utilise BIM, 3D, 4D, 5D, and Data Analytics to optimise project management for data center projects (M&E).Streamline workflows and enhance cost estimation processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.Provide valuable insights and data analysis to stakeholders.Ensure efficient and timely completion of data center projects.Manage project budgets and resources effectively.Implement innovative digital solutions for improved project outcomes.Our Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate for the BIM Engineer role in pharma and data center projects (M&E) has extensive experience in BIM, 3D, 4D, 5D, and Data Analytics. They possess strong project management skills, innovative problem-solving abilities, and a track record of successfully delivering data center projects with streamlined workflows and cost optimisation.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
