Bim Lead

AA Euro Group is recruiting a BIM Lead for a hyper scale data centre project in West Dublin. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, this position is essential for managing BIM processes, ensuring smooth project delivery and collaboration across teams.
The Role: Develop and implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) to align with project goals and industry standards.Coordinate BIM models across all disciplines, resolving design clashes and maintaining data accuracy.Ensure compliance with BIM standards and protocols, maintaining quality control of models and documentation.Integrate 4D (scheduling) and 5D (cost) BIM data to support construction planning and budgeting.Act as the primary contact for BIM-related issues, managing client and stakeholder communication.Use BIM tools for risk assessment and mitigation, identifying potential project delays or cost impacts.All other duties associated with the role.Requirements: Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, with 5+ years of experience in BIM management on large projects.Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.Strong communication skills and attention to detail for managing complex project data and stakeholder relationships.
