Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of BIM strategies and processes for projects. Coordinate and manage BIM workflows across multidisciplinary teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Oversee the creation and management of BIM models, including developing standards and protocols. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to integrate BIM with project requirements. Provide technical support and guidance to team members on BIM software and best practices. Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and company policies. Conduct regular reviews and audits of BIM models to maintain quality and consistency. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as a BIM Lead or similar role in the construction or engineering industry. Strong proficiency in BIM software and tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360). Experience in managing BIM processes for large-scale projects in sectors such as Data Centres, Healthcare, and Industrial. In-depth knowledge of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams. A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
