The Role : Commission, optimize, and troubleshoot Building Management Systems (BMS) for various projects.
Implement control strategies for HVAC systems, ensuring energy efficiency and system performance.
Develop and commission BMS controller strategies in line with project specifications.
Customise frontend graphics for BMS systems to meet client requirements.
Prepare and review commissioning documentation, ensuring all work complies with industry standards.
Conduct functional testing and troubleshooting during the commissioning and startup phases.
The Person : Proven experience in commissioning and optimizing BMS, with a focus on Trend, Distech, Tridium, or similar platforms.
Strong knowledge of HVAC plant operations and BMS controller strategies.
Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
Qualified to work on live BMS panels.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
