Business Development Manager - Renewable Energy €55-70K Base Salary | €20K Commission | Company Car | Pension The Company: A leading supplier of electrical products supporting projects in the renewable energy market.
With a focus on quality, innovation, and reliability, they work with clients to provide products that meet the demands of energy-efficient and sustainable construction.
They have ambitious growth plans in a fast growing industry and are currently looking to add to the sales team.
The Role: As a Business Development Manager you will be selling electrical products into the growing renewable energy sector.
This role is focused on new business development, targeting specialist installers, M&E contractors/consultants, and residential developers.
The role will be heavily field based meeting with clients with some time working from home.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the renewable energy sector Develop and maintain relationships with specialist installers, M&E contractors, consultants, and residential developers Promote and sell a range of electrical products, offering tailored solutions to meet client needs Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to track performance against targets What We're Looking For: Proven experience in B2B sales (experience in the electrical industry is preferred) A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong focus on new business development Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently while managing a territory and sales pipeline effectively A background in electrical or related technical industries is an advantage but not essential What We Offer: Competitive base salary of €55,000 - €70,000 Realistic €20,000 commission structure Fully expensed company car Company-matched pension scheme Ongoing training and career development opportunities Location: Ireland If you're a results-driven salesperson looking to join a company at the forefront of the renewable energy sector, we want to hear from you.
