Business Development Manager - Electronic Security €50-65K Basic Salary (DOE) | OTE €90-100K | Company Car | Pension | THE COMPANY: With a multi million annual turnover, this leading provider of electronic security solutions offers cutting-edge products to businesses across various industries.
The portfolio includes access control, CCTV, intruder alarms, and integrated security systems, trusted by clients to protect their people, property, and assets.
THE ROLE: As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be selling electronic security products to the construction industry.
You will be selling to contractors both on site and at office level to site managers, quantity surveyors, procurement managers etc.
This role is ideal for an experienced sales person from either the security industry or from a construction background with experience selling to tier 1 contractors.
The role is mainly field based covering 32 counties with occasional visits to the office in Meath required when needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and maintain relationships with clients, building a pipeline of opportunities Identify and secure new business, while maintaining and growing existing accounts Present and promote electronic security solutions, providing tailored recommendations to meet client needs Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless installation and after-sales support Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies THE PERSON: Sales experience in the security industry desirable, however candidates with experience in the construction industry are also encouraged to apply.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently, managing your territory and sales pipeline effectively WHAT WE OFFER: Competitive base salary of €50-65K, depending on experience generous commission structure (€90-100K OTE) Fully equipped company car Comprehensive pension scheme Location: Dublin, Meath, Kildare, Louth, Wicklow, Westmeath Skills: sales new business account management
