THE ROLE: Working on-site in a manufacturing facility in Kilkenny, the successful EHS Manager will be responsible for the following: Developing, managing and implementing the EHS System for the business, ensuring compliance across the site Performing site inspections and audits, risk assessments, method statements, documenting and investigating incidents Implementing corrective actions, driving continuous improvement and nurturing a strong EHS culture Working with external authorities and auditing bodies (ISOs, EPA, local councils, Department of Agriculture) Being highly focused on the environmental side of the Health & Safety THE PERSON: A strong Environmental Health and Safety background is essential Experience in a Manufacturing setting is extremely advantageous Experience in Construction Health and Safety will also be considered Being able to work autonomously as it is a stand-alone EHS role THE PACKAGE: Salary: €65,000-€80,000 DOE Pension LOCATION: Kilkenny All candidates who are living within a commutable distance to Kilkenny are encouraged to apply!
