About the Role: As a Trade Counter Salesperson, you will: Serve and assist customers at the trade counter, providing excellent product advice and service.
Develop strong relationships with trade and retail customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
Manage orders, stock inquiries, and quotations in a timely and professional manner.
Work closely with the wider team to maximise sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain a well-organized trade counter and showroom, ensuring stock is well presented.
Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in the construction, builders merchant, trade sales, or retail sector.
A strong customer focus with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
A team player with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
Willingness to work Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, and 1 Saturday morning every 3-4 weeks.
