We are looking for a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders.
The BCBA will be responsible for developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and providing training to parents and staff.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement behavior intervention plans for children with autism spectrum disordersConduct assessments to identify behavioral challenges and develop appropriate interventionsProvide training to parents and staff on behavior management techniquesCollaborate with other professionals to provide a comprehensive approach to treatmentQualifications:
Master's degree in psychology, education, or a related fieldBoard certification as a behavior analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)Experience working with children with autism spectrum disordersStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
