CLINICAL NURSE MANAGER I Part-Time Permanent Cnoc Mhuire Bon Secours Community Cnoc Mhuire is a home for retired Bon Secours Sisters where the guiding philosophy is one of care and compassion, deeply rooted in the mission, ethos, and values of Sisters of Bon Secours.
The Clinical Nurse Manager will be responsible for the healthcare needs and well-being of our retired Sisters.
The successful applicant will be required to enhance and maintain the highest standards in patient care and will have day-to-day liaison with the Clinical Care Lead.
Candidate Requirements: Registered in the General Division of the live register of nurses kept by the NMBI.
A minimum of 3 years experience working in a senior nursing / leadership role.
A minimum of 3 years experience of working as a Staff Nurse with older people is essential.
Possess the requisite knowledge and ability to assess and manage older people.
Coordinate events, plan and organise daily activities and initiate change.
A management qualification is desirable.
Shift work is a requirement of this post.
Minimum 22hours.
Person Specification: Excellent interpersonal and team building skills.
Must possess strong leadership qualities, communication skills and clinical skills.
