The Role:
As a Bookability Architect, you'll design systems that seamlessly integrate third-party booking tools with Groupon's platform. Your work will empower merchants, simplify the sales process, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Lead the architecture and implementation of systems in the bookability domainCollaborate with product managers to refine project requirements and drive solutionsEnhance platform performance and stability across teamsMentor and guide junior engineersUphold and improve tech culture principlesLanguages/Frameworks: Java, Ruby on Rails, Node/Express JS, React.js
Minimum Requirements:
Have 12+ years of experience in software development with a focus on merchant and consumer-facing products.
Possess strong coding skills (Java, Python, Ruby).
Are familiar with AWS and GCP cloud platforms.
Have experience with microservices and service-oriented architecture.
Are an excellent problem-solver and team player.
