Job Specification Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations.
Handle payroll using the Thesaurus System on a weekly basis.
Generate monthly management accounts and reports.
Conduct banking activities, including tracking balances and cash-flow forecasting/planning.
Assist with budgeting and analysis.
Support the end-of-year audit process.
Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements: Solid bookkeeping and accounting experience, including proficiency in online banking and payroll software.
Ability to work independently.
Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail.
Relevant accounting/bookkeeping qualification.
Essential experience in related roles.
Competencies: High attention to detail.
Ability to input and produce accurate accounting data and reports.
Strong organizational and planning capabilities.
Additional Information: The position requires approximately 12 hours per week.
Flexible working days and hours.
