Premier Credit Union is currently recruiting for the role of Branch Lead. This is a full-time permanent position, reporting to the Head of Operations. This role is based in the Roscrea branch with some travel to other branches.
This position plays a pivotal role in Premier Credit Union's growth and success. We are looking for someone who can lead with energy, inspire their team, and have fun along the way while maintaining operational efficiency and delivering excellent member service. The role is responsible for day-to-day support, supervision, rosters, as well as training and development of our operational team in the Roscrea branch. It is the main point of contact for the team as well as holding responsibility for data protection and compliance aspects related to the operations function. Supporting the lending operations of the credit union will also be a key part of the role.
The Member Service Team Leader ensures the continuous support, upskilling, growth, and development of team members within the branch as well as sustaining a high level of their role as an MSR while delivering a best-in-class standard of customer service to our very valued members.
