Hello potential future Oatly employee.
It's us, the original oat drink company that started in Sweden back 25 or so years ago.
We exist to make it easy for people to eat better and live healthier lives without recklessly taxing the planet's resources in the process.
And now, we need more brilliant minds to come work with us to keep the momentum going and the oat drink flowing in Ireland.
So, should we get into the good stuff?
The Role We're looking for a Brand Activation Manager.
You'll be a culturally connected, super-organised self-starter who is responsible for building the Oatly brand in Ireland – bringing Oatly into cool, exciting new spaces and communities to support our broader mission.
Here's what the role looks like day to day... Work with the Oatly Department of Mind Control (ODMC) to plan and deliver an impactful brand activation calendar for Ireland.
Work closely with Ireland Commercial (OOH and Grocery) and Barista teams to activate the brand in those channels.
Work with Events & Partnership team to identify best opportunities to showcase the brand in Ireland.
Manage key 3rd party agency relationships – from project brief to delivery to wrap-up.
Be responsible for managing the brand budget for Ireland.
Who You Are If the below sounds like you, you could be the ideal person for this job: Project management expertise.
Deep understanding of Irish culture and the food & drink scene.
Solid multi-channel brand activation experience – events, partnerships, product launches and retail.
Ideally some experience managing agencies and suppliers.
Fearless mindset.
Another bulleted list felt redundant, so we wrote this long sentence with all the ways we sweeten the deal to work with us: 25 days holiday (plus Irish bank holidays, carryover days and buy & sell scheme), health insurance, free therapy so you can be kind to your mind, a quarterly wellbeing budget of €100, RSUs (restricted stock units) if eligible, an epic office space in Dublin, an annual bonus scheme, genuinely great co-workers who want to see the company and each other succeed, and a fridge full of the best non-dairy alternative in the world for your enjoyment.
Phew!
Well done if you've got this far.
We're glad we've still got your attention because we've got one last super important point to make.
As you can probably tell, we're a norm-breaking company.
For us, diversity and differences are an obvious asset.
We know that amazing candidates can sometimes be put off applying for a job unless they can tick every box, and that makes us really sad.
So please trust your gut and pop in your application if it's feeling right.
Good luck!
