The position holder is also responsible for providing support to the brand with specific focus on Strategic Marketing, communications, content development, planning and executing promotional events, market information system/ Market Intelligence, and developing and managing key customer relationships with the objective of demand generation.Building Brands / Therapy Achieve Market Share objective, bottom-line targets, top line & profitabilityAnalyse market conditions and forecast sales and market share.Provide customer feedback and macro view of the market to achieve company's marketing plansCompletion of product strategic and tactical Plans, and monitor implementationReview market assumptions and plans.Ensure market model is in line with global templates / standard Brand Plan templateValidate sales and market share developments for products.Monitor sales and product supply, ensuring forecasts are adjusted as necessary.Track implementation plan with senior sales management to ensure achievement of targets.Build relationships with key external stakeholders.Identify key stakeholders and KOLs in the therapeutic areaEstablish regular contact with key stakeholders, especially KOLs.Maintain and improve systems and processesTrack monthly performance vs budget, and analyze reasons for gaps.Complete and submit monthly summary of performance, including activities and A&P against the plan.Streamline reporting system and re-evaluate the necessity of reports as required.Ensure completion of expense reports by team.Develop an effective team, ensuring cross-functionalityFacilitate cross-functional team effectiveness to ensure successful delivery of strategy.Ensure regular interface with sales management team to get feedback on execution of marketing initiatives/tools.Share best practice examples and learning with the team and colleagues.Maintain good interpersonal relationships.Manage and resolve conflict issues within the team and cross-functionally.Take responsibility for own personal development.Adhere to AZ and industry code of conduct, ethics, and marketing practices.Ensure compliance from all staff to guidelines, codes, policies, and procedures.Maintain company confidentiality (i.e. intellectual property, product, strategic and salary information).Disclose potential breaches of codes or conduct.Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience Essential University graduate, ideally MBA from reputable institute.2+ years' core marketing experience in brand/marketing is a must.Proficient in oral and written communication (English).Desirable Experience of alliance management in co-marketing / co-promotionPrior experience in prelaunch & commercializing (preferably in global brand).Why AstraZeneca?At AstraZeneca we're dedicated to being a Great Place to Work.
