Brand Manager (Mercedes-Benz & Smart)

This role requires an experienced and talented marketer who can lead the marketing agenda for two brands in our portfolio (Mercedes-Benz and smart), growing brand salience and performance in the Irish market to maximise revenue growth.
As the Brand Manager, you are responsible for developing and implementing omni-channel brand strategies, monitoring and reporting on campaign effectiveness against set KPIs, leading cross functional teams, working collaboratively with business units, dealer networks and global brand principles to drive the brands performance.
The Brand Manager will report to the Head of Marketing.
What will the Brand Manager do?
You will be responsible for end-to-end brand management and brand communication across online and offline channels for both the passenger car and commercial vehicle business units.
You will develop consumer centric brand marketing plans to meet agreed objectives, sharing regular performance updates with business units.
You will cultivate a data driven culture, analysing consumer behaviour, and extracting key insights to drive brand salience, grow brand penetration and ultimately deliver revenue growth and profitability.
Key duties to include: Develop and implement omni-channel, consumer centric brand campaigns, with focus on measuring ROI.
Grow the brands online and offline presence with an annual marcomms strategy (Digital, social, CRM, PR, Ecommerce, events, TV, OOH) Champion brand data, extracting key insights to drive better business decisions.
Explore the consumer purchase journey to maximise lead generation and sales.
Manage all new product launches, events, and initiatives, working closely with the motor press.
Support the dealer network in implementing brand campaigns, maximising leads, and sales.
Liaise with the global brand principles to build strong working relationships, representing the brands at all Fora.
Inspire and energise a wider team of key stakeholders (internally & externally).
Identify new growth opportunities to expand market share and grow revenue.
Manage the annual brand budgets.
Requirements and skills: 5+ years' experience running successful brand building marketing campaigns.
BSc or MSc in Marketing / Digital Marketing.
Solid knowledge and experience in all aspects of digital marketing tools and technologies Experience in setting up and optimising digital customer journeys, CRM software, and executing lead generation and nurturing campaigns.
Proficient in marketing analytics.
Comfortable with generating data driven decisions.
Experience working as part of a cross functional team.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong attention to detail.
Highly organised, a team player and able to multitask a range of projects.
