What is the Role: This role sits within the Marketing Engagement team in AIB Group Marketing, and is responsible for executing key brand and sport sponsorships for both AIB and EBS.
You will be responsible for liaising with key rights holders, stakeholders, and our agency partners to develop and implement world class experiences that connect and build trust with our customers.
Always seeking to innovate and inspire, you will work as part of matrix team, delivering against key strategic priorities that help build our brand.
Key current brand sponsorships and experiences range from owned to sponsored events, and span a broad range of priority areas within the AIB Group including Brand, Business, Homes, Sport, Community and Sustainability.
Key accountabilities; We're looking for someone who: Ensures we maximise our sponsorships assets with clear activation plans and ambition to evolve them, putting in place robust objectives and SMART goals to enable tracking and controls rigorously against approved budgets.
Supports and at times owns the development of live and virtual experiences across our portfolio Embeds our sustainability objectives throughout all our sponsorships.
Builds strong relationships with key rights holders, agency partners whilst working closely with key internal stakeholders.
Remains ahead of key sponsorship developments and is brave at testing innovative ways of connecting with our customers through experiences.
Drives a culture that truly embraces matrix working.
