Brasserie Manager

We are hiring for our client, a luxurious property in Co. Meath, looking for a highly skilled and experienced Brasserie Manager.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the brasserie, ensuring top-quality service, and leading a dynamic team to create exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of the brasserie's daily operations, from staff management to guest services.
Lead, mentor, and develop the front-of-house team, ensuring high levels of service and team efficiency.
Ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and front-of-house to provide seamless service.
Maintain strong guest relations by addressing inquiries, feedback, and ensuring satisfaction.
Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and drive revenue growth.
Oversee stock control, ordering, and inventory management.
Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene regulations are adhered to.
Collaborate with senior management to implement operational improvements and promotional strategies.
Requirements: Significant experience in a management role within a restaurant or brasserie setting, ideally in a high-end or luxury environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L. A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
