Breakfast Assistant

FLORITZ are recruiting for breakfast floor staff to join the team in Dublin City Centre. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a hotel or restaurant environment and be passionate about providing memorable experiences.
Responsibilities: - Welcoming and assisting and customers with exceptional service and maintaining high standards consistently.
- Developing a strong understanding of food, beverages, and wine to provide recommendations.
- Delivering exceptional food and beverage service.
- Actively promoting sales to increase revenue.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Maintaining a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanour.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications: - Previous experience in food and beverage within a hotel or restaurant.
- Positive, customer-focused, and friendly demeanour.
- Highly motivated, hardworking, and adaptable to various work hours and tasks.
- Team player interested in joining a vibrant team.
- Cocktail experience preferred but not required.
- Full flexibility for morning, evening, and weekend shifts.
