Duties : To carry out breakfast preparation in line with our new casual self-service breakfast service concept.
To maintain HACCP standards in kitchen operations.
To adhere to the recipe and standard presentation of all dishes.
To minimise wastage through adhering to correct procedures.
To maintain a high level of operative hygiene and adhere to cleaning schedules in place.
To be particularly aware of hazards and safety issues associated with the Kitchen area and take all preventative measures possible to minimise risk/injury.
The candidate: Experience in a similar role is required Takes pride in delivery of high quality meals Attention to detail Good team worker The Hours of work 6am - 12pm shift May suit someone looking for shorter working hours.
Part-time hours therefore shorter working week also an option.
