The preparation and service of dishes according to the required standards on our breakfast buffet Ensuring that the food that is produced is consistently meeting such standards.
To assist head chef in creating daily specials Monitoring food stocks and ensuring that stock is constantly rotated.
Following all procedures and guidelines as stipulated by HACCP.
To work within a team and show respect to all colleagues at all time Ensuring that your work is section is cleaned down during and after service.
Minimizing food waste and ensuring that any food waste is disposed of correctly.
2 years experience required Able to work on your own initiative own transport required as early starts
