Breakfast Chef

Dromoland Castle are recruiting for a Full Time experienced Breakfast Chef to join our team.
The successful candidate must have a qualification in culinary skills and have previous experience in a similar fast pace environment.
Overview of Role: Working schedule is from Monday - Sunday; hours of work are from 6.00am - 2.00pm, however, flexibility is required.
Ensuring that food is prepared to a 5 star standard.
Ensuring food hygiene practices are maintained at all times.
Preparation of staff restaurant meals.
Assisting in other sections of the Resorts Kitchens when required.
The Ideal Candidate: Must be well organised.
Should have previous experience working in a similar 4 or 5 star Hotel.
Have relevant 3 rd level qualification.
Have previous experience, preferably, within a breakfast section.
Have a level of high service standards that are the expectation of star guests.
Must be focused on standards with excellent attention to detail.
Should have up to date HACCP training.
