Breakfast Commis Chef

We are seeking applications from hardworking, experienced staff to join our excellent Kitchen Breakfast Team.
We are proud that we enjoy the talents of some of the most gifted chefs in Dublin all of whom work with us.
Preparing and cooking breakfast for between 200-600 guests ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similarly busy hotel kitchen, with an ambition to train and develop within his/her career.

Breakfast Commis Chef Role : Essential Skills Experience of working in this role in a busy 4 star multi outlet luxury hotel.
Must be able to work from 5am both week days and weekends Must be fully certified and experienced in all aspects of basic HACCP procedures.
Minimum 2 years of experience at this level.
Fluency in both spoken and written English essential Shortlisted candidates maybe called for a trial day to show us what you can do.
