Ruby Mcs is a cafe providing breakfast, brunch and out of this world sweet treats all day, four days a week.We're searching for a passionate Cook to work 25 hours + between weekdays and weekends.It is a full filled high energy environment with families and kids being our target market.This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team and become part of something special.Key elements of your role as Restaurant Cook:To provide friendly, courteous,and professional service at all timesAdhere to and uphold all food safety and quality regulations.Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipmentPreparing ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.
)Cooking food in various utensils or grillersChecking food while cooking to stir or turnEnsuring great presentation by dressing dishes before they are servedKeeping a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchenEnsuring all food and other items are stored properlyChecking quality of ingredientsTo be familiar with HACCPAbout you:You have 1 year + of experience in this positionYou love to wow guests with exceptional serviceYou have excellent English language skillsYou are a real team playerYou are friendly and professional with children and adultsAbout us:We want to build a team of enthusiastic, energetic, personable people who can provide the customer with a WOW experience when they frequent a restaurant.Ruby Mcs is a happy place full of treats and excitement.
